Is my Child Safe?

At Firm Foundation we take security very seriously. We have a state of the art surveillance system with 15cameras. The classrooms, play areas, entrances and utility areas are monitored on a computer in the office.

The front gate and the front door both have key pad locks which can only be opened by parents who know the four digit code.

No child is allowed to go home with anyone unknown to us. If a stranger arrives to fetch a child, the parents are contacted, to verify that they are happy with the arrangement.

Firm Foundation is linked up to a 24hr a day armed response unit, Pinewatch. We have panic buttons strategically placed and are also connected to emergency medical assistance at the press of a button. All staff are first aid qualified.

It is a sad fact that accidents can happen and things can go wrong no matter what precautions are taken. However we believe that we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all the precious little people in our care.
